住宅街に建つオフィスとして街になじむ建築としました。
内部もどこか住宅を思わせる雰囲気をまとっています。 取り組みとしては 風量調整建具を開発し窓をあけても書類が飛ばない執務室を計画したり、絶滅危惧種シルビアシジミを呼び込むための植栽計画も行いました。
他、雨水再利用、雨水浸透側溝、浸透アスファルト、雨庭（洪水抑制対策）などさまざまな取り組みを行っています。

Designed as an office within a residential neighbourhood, the building blends seamlessly into the surrounding streetscape.
The interior also carries a subtle, home-like atmosphere rather than that of a conventional office.
As part of the design approach, we developed custom airflow-control joinery, allowing windows to be opened without papers being blown around, creating a comfortable and naturally ventilated workspace.
We also implemented a planting strategy aimed at attracting the endangered butterfly Zizina otis, contributing to local biodiversity.
In addition, the project incorporates a range of environmental measures, including rainwater reuse, permeable side drains, permeable asphalt, and rain gardens designed for flood mitigation.
Through these various initiatives, Office in the Breeze seeks to create an office environment that responds sensitively to both its community and the natural systems around it.
